Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. General
These terms govern the use of Mesto: the directory of salons, barbershops and beauty specialists in Georgia at mesto.ge, the business owner’s account at app.mesto.ge and the businesses’ online booking pages at *.mesto.ge (the “Service”).
The Service is provided by DoSieci.pl, al. Piastów 30, 71-064 Szczecin, Poland, NIP 9552273002, REGON 321094745 (“we”). You can reach us at info@mesto.ge.
By using the Service you accept these terms. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. What the Service offers
- Directory — find businesses by city and category, no sign-up needed.
- Online booking — a client picks the service, the specialist and the time on the business’s page, no sign-up needed.
- Owner account — booking page, calendar, services, staff and schedules. The basic Mesto Core plan is free with no time limit.
- Profile claim — an owner can take over their business’s directory profile.
Paid add-ons (such as Mesto Social AI), if they appear, will only be available by separate order on separately published terms. Online booking will stay free.
3. Technical requirements
You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser; for the account, cookies enabled and an email address; for booking, a phone number.
4. Owner accounts
- Anyone over 18 who is entitled to represent the business can sign up.
- Give accurate details and keep your password secret — you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- A forgotten password can be changed through the “Forgot your password?” link on the log-in page.
- You can delete your account at any time by writing to info@mesto.ge.
5. Owners’ obligations
- keep services, prices, address and hours up to date, and honour accepted bookings or cancel them in good time;
- publish only texts, photos and logos you have the rights to;
- use client data only for bookings and the service itself, in line with data protection law;
- publish nothing illegal or misleading.
You keep the rights to your content and allow us to show it free of charge in the Service — on your business page and in the directory — for as long as you use the Service.
6. Client bookings
The contract for a service is between the client and the business. Mesto is a technical platform: we do not provide salon services and are not responsible for their quality, prices or for the business honouring a booking. A booking can be cancelled from the link in its confirmation, within the notice period the business shows on its page.
7. The directory
Business details come from open sources — mainly OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence) — and from the owners. They may be incomplete or out of date; only verified profiles carry the “Verified by the business owner” mark.
To correct details or ask for a profile to be removed, use the “Something wrong here?” form on the profile or write to info@mesto.ge. We check profile claims — with an SMS code sent to the number published in the profile, or manually — and may reject a claim when the right to the business is not confirmed.
8. What is not allowed
- publishing illegal content or impersonating another business or person;
- sending spam or making fake bookings;
- attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the Service or getting around its limits;
- bulk-copying the Service’s data in a way that loads it or breaches these terms.
9. Reporting illegal content
Write to info@mesto.ge: give the page address, explain why the content is illegal and leave your contact details. We handle such notices without undue delay and tell you what we decided. The same address is the single point of contact for authorities and users; languages: Russian, English, Polish.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but there may be maintenance breaks and outages. We keep developing the Service and may change its features; we tell business owners about changes that materially affect them by email in advance.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the actions of businesses or clients, for the accuracy of details from open sources, or for the consequences of the free Service being temporarily unavailable. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or to consumer rights that cannot be limited.
12. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account for breaching these terms or the law — usually after a warning, and immediately in serious cases.
13. Complaints
Send any complaint about the Service to info@mesto.ge with a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes are decided by the competent court.
15. Changes to these terms
A new version of the terms is published on this page with its update date. We tell registered business owners about material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
